Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bike & Car Pooling service provided by OGO. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

• "Bike" means a bicycle or any other two-wheeled vehicle.
• "Car" means a four-wheeled vehicle.
• "Pool" means the group of Users traveling together in a Bike or Car.
• "Ride" means a single trip taken by a User in a Pool.
• "Driver" means the User who is driving the Car or riding the Bike.

User Obligations

• The User must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• The User must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.
• The User must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
• The User must respect the rights and property of other Users and third parties.

Pool Rules

• The Driver is responsible for ensuring that all Users in the Pool follow the Pool Rules.
• All Users in the Pool must wear seatbelts or helmets, as applicable.
• No smoking or consumption of intoxicating substances is allowed in the Pool.
• No User shall engage in any behavior that may be considered harassing, threatening, or abusive.

Payment Terms

• The User must pay the agreed-upon fare for each Ride.
• The fare shall be paid through the Company's designated payment gateway.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the fare structure at any time.

Liability and Indemnity

• The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Service.
• The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages arising from the use of the Service.

Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Service at any time without notice.
• The User may terminate their use of the Service at any time by deleting their account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VISAKHAPATNAM/ANDHRA PRADESH.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration association]

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
